Pandora commercial
I was at the store getting detergent with my roommate and she told me anything but Tide, I’m boycotting because of their awful Pandora ad. I have used Tide on and off, but I completely agreed with her.
Your ad is so obnoxious I mute my pandora hurriedly everytime it starts yelling shirt shirt shirt shirt.
I have actually since switched to Spotify and no longer have to listen to your awful commercial. Congrats, you’re losing your customers, and making Pandora lose theirs.

Allergic reaction with itchy red rash
After using Tide Liquid Sport to wash my clothes, and after wearing them, I developed a red itchy rash on August 26th, 2024. I still have the rash.
I went to return the Tide but they said I purchased it too long ago even though I only used it for the first time. I usually use Tide Coldwater but they were out of it so I purchased the Sport version.

Tides, Highly deceptive marketing !
My wife and I buy the Tide pods called Ultra Oxi, Free / Nature. We wash in hot water.
This last purchase left us feeling Scammed!!!
When we opened this container it had an attached Tag that said wash in Cold water.
The Coldwater version was $3.50 less! Apparently, you can use either in hot or cold water.
Millions are likely buying this not knowing what they are getting.
User's recommendation: Buy the cheaper Cold Water Pods & use hot water it works just as well.

Tide pods ruined my clothes

Tide pods ruined my clothes
Tide ruined my clothes leaving stains on them . 3 loads of clothes ruined leaving stains on them and socks and underwear. Now I need to purchase new clothes

My Tide is Stuck together and SOOOOO THICK something is wrong c with it
Melissa was wonderful to speak with regarding my Tide purchase of Pods stuck together and thick nasty detergent. I gave my email address and was promised an email to send an attachment of my receipt!
It has been over 3weeks now and I have yet to receive an email for reimbursement and when I called, I was told that Melissa misspelled the email address for me to send the attachment of my receipt. I am still waiting for the email to come to, patticakes4ever1959@***.com (the correct email address). I am also pretty perturbed that when I called, they told me that I might have to mail them in all of the thick Tide and Pods, in which they said that probably occurred with a high change in the temperature and that it was nothing to be alarmed about, except they would be happy to replace sad reimburse my spending, since it will not was my clothes with 100% satisfaction. I am hoping to hear back from them as soon as possible, as I truly would like my reimbursement to be processed and to feel like I am a customer that they care about!
Especially, when I purchase over $200.00 monthly in Tide Products. Thank You so much and I look forward to hearing back from someone as soon as possible to receive my reimbursement and to b store my proof of purchase!

He detergent free & gentle 64 loads is very dark.. why
I got transferred and didn't get an answer why my he free & gentle 64 load tide laundry soap is so dark. I bought 4 & 2 were normal. I am afraid to use the dark ones.

Want more eco-friendly laundry detergent
I am a long-time Tide user and have always been happy with the efficacy of the product. I am now seeing eco-friendly detergent alternatives on the market and wonder why Tide is not getting on the bandwagon.
Some of these reduce water to lessen plastic and decrease greenhouse gases from shipping. Some even reduce the detergent to lightweight paper-packaged sheets that you can toss in the washer. Pods leave behind microplastics. I can't even find powdered Tide in my local stores anymore.
Come on, Tide! You can do better and should be a leader in this!

Tide is grayish green and cloudy, not clear color
I explained that my liquid Tide color became dark gray-green, cloudy. They advised not to use it.
Asked Barcode codes/numbers on Tide and on Cap. The representative asked for my name and address and told me I will get reimbursement for that in a debit card form.
Hope theyll send it to me. Thanks for all the information you provided to me.

Im sorry but i have been waiting a few months now for some kind of refund or reason why that happened to all my wifes clothing we been with Tide many many yrs and never anything like this, and then i sent message then dates and what happen and how it ruined clothing and then never nothing back!! Now i and my entire family is Tide customers for long long time and i just dont understand why they asked me all the information and then not even try to make it right..
So i really dont wish too do what most do and call my lawyer or put bad publicity up on the tide company, I dont like that and dont believe in it, I believe in honesty and making my wrongs right. God bless
If you can prove that tide caused the damage/ You are entitled to the yard sale cost of the items. Lets give you the benefit of the doubt $200.
It will cost a minimum of 1K to fight this case. Guess what if you win you have to pay for the attorney yourself, and you do not get any money back.

I like them but the Pods broke in container!
I Purchased the item at my local target then by upon getting them home they were broken the container and return I tried to take them back to retailer and they told me to contact you guys in regards to this matter I would not take my items back! And Im trying to get my money back or get a new box of titis this is the second time this is happened to me

They made a 3rd one mocking people for disliking their annoying adds, ok then that's childish but ok
The fact that they introduced a second ad that is even worse than the first is mind-blowing to me.
I am really disappointed that Tide is taking amazing classical music pieces and essentially "ruining" them by pairing them with these obnoxious commercials, with loud off key singers. I was listening to classical music today and heard the beautiful Fur Elise come on the station (the original!) and I had a very hard time not hearing the words to the Tide song now. They should come up with their own music/songs and respectfully leave these classics alone.
i will delete Pandora and Never buy Tide products again. The marketing firm for this ad should be fired, this is obnoxious and does nothing but turn people off to both companies.
