My Tide is Stuck together and SOOOOO THICK something is wrong c with it

Melissa was wonderful to speak with regarding my Tide purchase of Pods stuck together and thick nasty detergent. I gave my email address and was promised an email to send an attachment of my receipt!

It has been over 3weeks now and I have yet to receive an email for reimbursement and when I called, I was told that Melissa misspelled the email address for me to send the attachment of my receipt. I am still waiting for the email to come to, patticakes4ever1959@***.com (the correct email address). I am also pretty perturbed that when I called, they told me that I might have to mail them in all of the thick Tide and Pods, in which they said that probably occurred with a high change in the temperature and that it was nothing to be alarmed about, except they would be happy to replace sad reimburse my spending, since it will not was my clothes with 100% satisfaction. I am hoping to hear back from them as soon as possible, as I truly would like my reimbursement to be processed and to feel like I am a customer that they care about!

Especially, when I purchase over $200.00 monthly in Tide Products. Thank You so much and I look forward to hearing back from someone as soon as possible to receive my reimbursement and to b store my proof of purchase!

Customer service was excellent! However, they have trained the consumer to identify HE on packaging and now it’s not there. It’s in the back in very small letters. You have to really look.
